Buon Natale

The holidays are unfolding a bit differently this year for many of us around the world. Here in Piemonte, instead of the big family gathering of 20+ people we are used to, Christmas will be an intimate affair, but there will be no shortage of good food on the table, a nice bottle of wine, and lots of love.

In hopes of better times to come, I have been working on a new website, or rather, had someone work on it for me. I am not adept at tech! Take a look around my new site and check out the one week Staycation in Cuneo, under tours. There are already a few people signed up in September! Showing people around my corner of Italy has been dream of mine for years and it’s about to come true!

I am hopeful that we will be able to travel again in 2021 and would love to be part of your dream trip. For dates, and pricing for the staycation, visit Adventures with Sarah. Sarah and Andrew Villone, with his company, Savor The Experience Tours, are both helping me turn this dream into a reality.

If you have your own small group of 6-12 people I would be happy to customize the week and pick your dates. In a perfect world, I hope we are able to enjoy individual travel by April and if that is the case, I would like to add a tour after Easter. No deposits will be expected until I am sure it will run, but I do need to know if you are interested. The 3 day pre-tour extension would start in Turin on Friday, April 9th, and the Staycation in Cuneo on April 12th.

Castles, truffles, wine, walks, picturesque villages, delicious food, and a healthy dose of Italian culture are all on the itinerary. E-mail me at: lisasdolceitalia50@gmail.com with any questions you might have about this tour.

Last but not least, I would like to wish everyone who is reading this a happy end to 2020. Wherever you are in the world and however you celebrate, may it be with someone you love, in peace and good health.

Tanti Auguri e Mille Grazie!

Buon Natale!
