Having the freedom to take a walk has lightened my mood a bit even as I am still bracing for what might yet come. I haven\u2019t yet ventured to the bigger cities in our area as we still have too many new cases of Covid19. This isn&#8217;t over yet&#8230;I have lots of blog posts in the works and today&#8217;s is going to be short and sweet. Thinly sliced ham, strips of Emmanthal cheese and fresh steamed asparagus. As an antipasto two pieces per person are enough in my opinion. Bake in a lightly greased dish at 350 Fahrenheit for around 20 minutes or until they are a bit crunchy on the outside.
